Job summary
The Director of Food & Beverage will lead the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Division ensuring all luxury service standards are followed.Inspire and drive innovative experiences and activations menus and concepts creating a destination of choice for both Hotel and external guests Participate as a Senior Leader in hotel wide strategic decisions Lead manage the day to day operations of the F&B Division ensure all luxury service standards are followed Ensure implementation of standards in guest service constantly seek out ways to improve product service as well as increase volumes profits
Lead support all F&B departments in achievement their financial operational targets Prepare annual budgets administer fiscally responsible manner Implement effective control food beverage labor operating expenses throughout F&B division Assist preparation annual strategic plan achieve goals targets therein Ensure implementation standards guest service constantly seek out ways improve product services well increase volumes profitability Oversee selection training development Colleagues timely recruitment career growth Work closely local state governmental organizations maintaining highest standards hygiene sanitation cleanliness food beverage areas Handle guest complaints food beverage division Monitor prices establish benchmarks analyze sales mix optimal pricing strategy drive profitability Coordinate selection purchasing storage inventorying maintenance usage related supplies equipment Assist preparation annual strategic plan achieve goals targets therein Oversee selection training development Heartists timely recruitment career growth Develop high performing F&B Leadership Team invested growth Conduct daily F&B Meeting discuss VIP guests house arrival revenue updates operational challenges ways improve Maintain favorable working relationship divisions foster promote cooperative harmonious working climate conducive maximum employee morale productivity efficiency/effectiveness Follow department policies procedures service standards Follow safety policies Other duties assigned
