    We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting associates, managing incoming calls and emails, providing administrative support, document preparation and modification, database management, record-keeping, effective communication, and drafting and proofreading written communications.

    Requirements and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred.
