Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing is a new position that will focus on developing and leading an integrated marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, revenue, and market share growth.
As the Director of Marketing, you will lead/build a talented team, and orchestrate marketing strategy execution across the entire organization.
We are seeking an experienced senior leader with strong marketing experience, who is comfortable with change, and who excels in collaboration and process development.
The Director of Marketing is a member of the company senior leadership team.This is an onsite position, the ideal candidate lives within commuting distance.
Wages
Starting wage of the Director of Marketing will depend on experience and education $156,237 - $200,000
Responsibilities
iThe Director of Marketing develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
iLead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing plans, and support of internal business partners.
iCollaborate with internal company divisions to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
iOversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
iPartner with leaders to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key performance indicators, and influence the organization toward data-driven decisions to optimize business results.
iEnsure company awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
iBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and ensure high-quality deliverables.
