- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of cleanroom areas, equipment, and surfaces following established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, walls, floors, and ceilings to maintain a sterile and contaminant-free environment.
- Remove waste, debris, and used materials from cleanroom areas, disposing of them properly in designated containers.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure availability for routine cleaning tasks.
- Other duties as required and assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational education is preferred.
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cleanroom protocols, and cGMP is a plus.
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and SOPs.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a controlled aseptic environment, following gowning and hygiene protocols.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by production schedules.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Lifting up to 25lbs, bending, and reaching to clean surfaces and handle cleaning equipment.
- Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gowns, gloves, masks, and goggles.

Our Compensation and Benefits
At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.
The base salary range for this role is $33,600 to $62,40, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location.
If hired to work 3rd shift in this role, the pay differential will be 20%.Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.
Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 12 to 13 paid holidays per year.
