    Job Description:

    •Coordinate logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

    •Plan and schedule pre-paid LTL, partial & full truck load shipments based on customer orders and delivery requirements.

    •Parcel Shipping, both domestic & international

    •Communicate with the warehouse, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

    •Track shipments and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and delays.

    •Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, such as damaged goods or delivery errors.

    •Auditing of transportation invoices

    •Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transportation costs.

    •Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

    •Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.

    •Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, purchasing, and sales to coordinate logistics activities and support business objectives.

    •Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics performance and key metrics.

    •Cross train with the Logistics Manager to book and track ocean and air shipments during peak season

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    •2+ years previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management preferred.

    •Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    •Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel & Outlook, logistics software and systems, such as ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).

    •Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.

    •Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.

    •Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.

    •Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    •Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Logistics Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus.
