Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
The Televideo Specialist provides video conference support to assigned events utilizing multi-media technology for Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS).

This individual assists with the procurement of televideo resources to meet the media needs of the Marshfield Clinic Health System.

The Televideo Specialist will work closely with the Televideo Specialist Senior.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent and post high school training in video and/or multimedia production.


Preferred/Optional :
Associate Degree in media-related field.


EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required:

One year of experience in a customer service role, IT support role, televideo or production role, IT helpdesk or equivalent support position.

Preferred/Optional:
Televideo conference support, AV hardware and software usage or support.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.

Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
