    Responsibilities include:

    • Recruit top-tier finance team members
    • Assist with developing company goals and objectives, as well as financial and tax strategies
    • Prepare and review modeling related to acquisitions
    • Guide accounting and sales teams
    • Provide oversite on annual and revised budgets
