Aya Locums is Seeking Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner for Locums Coverage

Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Optional Saturday hours.

Support Staff:
Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to.
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40hrs/week.Patients per day:
Will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced.
Patient Population/Age:
Pediatric.
Department Description:
Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but a plus.
EMR:
EPIC
Special Procedures:
Basic bread and butter procedures. Well-child visits. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
Skills Required:
Expected to hit ground running.
Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.

MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered. MUST have minimum of 2 years experience in community health.

All providers will require name clear.
Must be COVID and Flu vaccinated
