    What your day will look like:

    The Production Supervisor oversees the entirety of manufacturing operations, including both manufacturing and non-manufacturing personnel in the absence of their direct supervisors. They serve as the primary facilitator for daily shift activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols, including those mandated by OSHA and internal company policies. Additionally, they are responsible for investigating any issues involving hourly employees and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures such as TS–16949 and the Quality Manual.
    • Key responsibilities include:
      • Monitoring production equipment for optimal performance
      • Overseeing personnel performance and training, and enforcing production, quality, material handling, and housekeeping standards.
      • Implementing process improvements in a timely manner.
      • Recording and managing labor, scrap, and finished parts to uphold inventory accuracy
      • Direct supervision of manufacturing department employees is also a crucial aspect, which involves tasks such as training, work assignment, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.


    What we are looking for:
    • Bachelors Degree in comparative major
    • 5+ years of experience in injection molding
    • Previous automotive supervisory experience
