Will be responsible for ensuring that every functional area is producing parts or products that meet the designed intent and fulfills a customer's expectation regarding the performance of the machine they are purchasing; verify everyone is following the Standard Work outlined and report on any nonconformance.
The Quality Inspector will write reports and gather data not expected of assembly team members, communicate customer expectations, and confirm all functional testing has been completed and documented per business test procedures; verify the operational stability of all new product during startup and report out on the performance to engineering and Top Management.
Pay - $20/hrShift:
5am - 630am start time, 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday, 8 hour shifts on Fridays. Could work on Saturday as well.
Skills:
Inspect, Blueprint, Quality control, Quality assurance, tape measure
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year(s) of experience in a manufacturing or general labor industry
1+ year(s) experience reading blue print and performing quality checks in a manufacturing, general labor, or heavy industrial environment
1+ year(s) of inventory experience
Must be able to lift 40lbs consistently
