Due to our growth we have Occupational Therapist opportunities available across the Tampa Bay Area If your passion is hand therapy upper extremity rehabilitation or outpatient orthopaedics FOI has a place for you Grow your career while restoring function independence and quality of life for patients every day Why Join FOI At FOI we empower people to regain their happiness and identity by decreasing pain restoring motion strength helping them return to the activities roles that bring them joy purpose Our Hand & Occupational Therapy department is a strong growing team of Certified Hand Therapists CHTs who deliver top-notch care for patients with complex orthopaedic injuries conditions Working closely with our nationally recognized Hand Upper Extremity surgeons you ll have the opportunity to advance clinical skills collaborate experts provide life-changing therapy services We are ready Are you What You ll Do As an Occupational Therapist specializing in hand upper extremity rehabilitation you will Evaluate manage therapy patients including identifying functional limitations setting treatment goals Develop implement individualized therapy plans care Deliver hands-on treatments advanced therapeutic interventions Fabricate fit custom splints orthoses Coordinate patient care physicians PTs PTAs other members therapy team Document patient evaluations progress treatments outcomes compliance clinical standards Provide patient family education injury recovery expectations home exercise programs Collaborate community education research opportunities advance occupational practice Provide additional coverage FOI locations needed About You We re looking dedicated skilled OT passionate about hand therapy orthopaedics patient rehabilitation Required Qualifications Graduate accredited Occupational Therapy program Certified NBCOT as an Occupational Therapist Registered OTR Licensed state Florida Current CPR certification Strong splinting skills ability multi task fast-paced outpatient setting Commitment patent-centered care teamwork Preferred Qualifications 3 years experience outpatient hand therapy setting close collaboration hand surgeons Certified Hand Therapist CHT actively working certification within year WebPT EMR experience At least months focused hand therapy experience Ready take next step Occupational Therapy career Apply today join team redefining hand therapy musculoskeletal rehabilitation Florida Orthopaedic Solutions Management Drug Free Workplace All candidates required undergo pre-employment drug screening subject random drug testing accordance laws company policy
