Provide quality health care and excellence to help persons with disabilities and mental health problems to improve their lives and emotional comfort to help them achieve their desired goals, outcomes, and improve the service delivery system for the home and community.

Right now, we are looking for exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our wonderful team. The right candidate should be able to:

Provide Behavior Analysis services for children in their homes or school. Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Board Certified Behavior Assistants (BCaBA). Create functional behavior assessments, and service plans, collect data, train parents/ technicians, and follow Medicaid/AHCA standards.
Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Level II Background screening.
Must possess Board Certification as BCBA.
Must have a Medicaid provider number and Professional liability insurance.
Must be able to travel to several locations throughout Miami Dade County.
