    Job Overview

    We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, experience in digital marketing, and a deep understanding of B2B sales—especially in LED display solutions. As a contractor, you'll enjoy flexible working hours, unlimited earning potential, and the ability to work remotely. This position is 100% commission-based, offering high incentives per sale.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities for LED display solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, businesses, and distributors.
    • Promote LED walls to potential clients, demonstrating product value.
    • Negotiate deals and close sales while meeting sales targets.
    • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.

    Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies.
    • Manage social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
    • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and target audiences.
    • Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
    • Optimize SEO and run paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in LED displays or related industries.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive results.
    • Comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
    • Existing industry contacts or a network is a big advantage.
    • Bilingual is a plus.
