    Information Technology Senior Project Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects in a healthcare environment, particularly those involving facility conversions merged through acquisition.

    The role requires adherence to the Project Management Office (PMO) methodology and processes to ensure successful project outcomes. The IT Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, implementation, and customer experience.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage projects end-to-end following PMO methodology and processes.
    Analyze and understand business requirements, vendor statements of work, and other requirement documents to outline project artifacts.
    Manage multiple large-sized projects, maintaining high-quality standards.
    Manage complex, enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight, bringing together the right leadership, resources, vendors, and stakeholders for project kick-off.
    Ensure PPMO processes are followed and project artifacts are developed and saved in the appropriate documentation repository.
    Ensure all project documentation is audit-ready for external audits on PPMO processes and procedures.


    Additional Responsibilities:


    Create Charter, Project Plan, Budget Tracker, RACI, Weekly Status Reports, Project Steering Committee, presentation materials, GLRA, and Change Management processes.

    Establish critical path milestones and report status to executive leadership regularly.
    Develop concrete project plans before moving projects to implementation and track project progress accordingly.

    Identify dependencies and risks ahead of time, work with stakeholders to create mitigation plans, and actively monitor and report progress.

    Adhere to PPMO department policies, procedures, and documentation requirements, maintaining meticulous documentation for all projects.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Experience in managing large healthcare facility conversion projects merged through acquisition.
    Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
