- Receive and generate information system security alerts, advisories, and directives for designated external organizations for information environments, networks, and systems.
- Performs cyber incident triage to include determining scope, urgency, and potential impact; identify the specific vulnerability and make recommendations which enable expeditious remediation.
- Tracks cyber actions from initial detection through final resolution Analyzes and assesses damage to the data / infrastructure Performs trend analysis and reporting.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- CNDSP-IR (GCIH, CSIH, or CEH) certification required.
- IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification required.
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems Understanding of latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; coordinating resources and ensuring scheduled goals are met

As a member of our team, you will help to assist the Army in a full range of program/product management and administration, financial, technical, and business transformation
The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats and incidents within our organization's network and systems
Utilizing your expertise in cybersecurity best practices and tools
Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches, anomalies, and suspicious activities
Duties will include identifying vulnerabilities, recommending security enhancements, and implementing defensive measures to safeguard our critical assets
Collaborate closely with other security professionals and stakeholders to develop and implement proactive strategies to mitigate cyber risks
