We are seeking a highly motivatedRequirements Manager
to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a Digital Center of Excellence starting from the ground floor. The candidate must have a
Top Secret/SCI and be willing to sit for CI Polygraph. The customer supports a hybrid work environment. Work locations include Reston and Joint Base Bolling Anacostia.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support efforts to upgrade and modernize enterprise business tools and capabilities.
Collaborate with Government stakeholders to capture
business needs and facilitate prioritization and translation of those business needs into
technical requirements.
Work with Government and technical vendor(s)
to ensure the proposed design and delivered solutions meet business needs.
Support Government selected methodologies for efficient incremental delivery of tools and capabilities.
Ability to facilitate alignment of business expectations and IT capabilities to deliver business options/solutions. Identify, capture, formulate, prioritize, document, and manage project requirements for applications and systems.
Work with stakeholders to
ensure business requirements are complete, then translate into functional
specifications/requirements/user stories for developers; conduct data analysis to
ensure requirements align with business needs.
Required Qualifications:
Eight (8) years of experience managing the requirements gathering and
documenting process for software implementation. Develop, maintain, improve,
and execute requirements management process for the organization.
Desired Qualifications:
PMP Certification through PMI
Education level
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field in a technical or business discipline or equivalent work experience
