    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Continuous Improvement Coordinator.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, as well as a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    Job Duties


    Training Program Development:
    Collaborate with departmental managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
    Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources to address identified needs.
    Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to ensure effective learning experiences.


    Training Delivery:
    Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization.
    Ensure training sessions are engaging, interactive, and tailored to the needs of the audience.
    Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and adjust content as necessary.


    Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
    Lead continuous improvement projects related to training processes and content.
    Analyze training metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    Implement changes and enhancements to training programs based on data-driven insights.


    Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
    Generate reports on training effectiveness, progress, and outcomes for management review.
    Prepare presentations and materials to communicate training initiatives and results to stakeholders.


    Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
    Solicit feedback from employees and management to ensure training programs meet organizational requirements.

    Experience and Education

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and curriculum development.
    Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is desirable.

    Competencies/ Skills

    Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training software/tools.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.
    Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
