    • Spring TXSalary $140k $150k + BonusMy client has an exciting opening for an Infrastructure manager to be responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance, upgrade and management of all global IT Operational Infrastructure systems and IT Infrastructure projects.
    As an Infrastructure manager you will have the following responsibilities:
    Manage IT infrastructure and security to maximize uptime and protection of data in a global, multi-site environment.

    Assists with developing and ensures that policies, standards, and procedures are followed during design, implementation, and operation of information systems.

    Monitor systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance.
    Define, measure, and meet key operational metrics.
    Establish strategic direction for IT Infrastructure systems.
    Partner with and influence stakeholders to promote simplification, standardization, and innovation.
    Maintain logs, documentation, and reports of activity.
    Assists with planning budgets and ensuring budgets, goals and objectives are met.
    Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and directs indirect reports in Infrastructure functional responsibilities.
    Engage with and manage 3rd vendors including consultants and IT outsource companies.
    Will be required to occasionally work outside core office hours to provide IT Infrastructure systems support as required.

    Ensure that IT Service Management frameworks are consistently followed including User Access Controls, Change Management, Problem Management, and Incident Management.

    Asist the Director of IT in managing and supporting the ITIL compliant service desk system.
    Implement and manage the companies systems monitoring tool.
    Point of Contact and responsible for all Infrastructure governance and controls in respect to any internal or external audits.


    The ideal infrastructure manager should have the following experience:8 years experience within IT infrastructure in a multi-site environment, ideally with international exposure.1 year + supervisory experience.

    In-depth knowledge of servers and networks, data organization, and both hardware and software.
    Highly skilled with server operating systems and network protocols.
    Experience with virtualization systems including VMWare vSphere and VSAN.Experience with backup, archival and DR systems. Veeam and Azure Recovery Services is desirable.
    Knowledge and experience of the Azure networking and hosting environment.
    Experience managing and supporting Microsoft O365 tenants and associated systems such as email security systems.
    Experience managing and supporting legacy Active Directory and Azure AD or other identity management systems.
    Demonstrable knowledge of Cyber Security systems and principles.
    Experience with implementing and supporting Firewalls and enterprise networks including switching and WIFI networks.
