A day in the role...

Manage execution requests for various client contracts by logging in the request, reviewing it for completeness, ensuring accuracy of information and work with requestors to obtain any necessary additional contract information to complete the execution process.

Prepare, maintain, retrieve, daily status and tracking reports, or documents that may be required to meet relevant policies and procedures.

Maintain quality control, data accuracy, and auditing documentation to ensure client-related contracts are executed and distributed accurately and appropriately.

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

Experience in a Legal Environment | Bilingual | Understanding of Contract Management

Core Experience:

3 years of Paralegal Experience

Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies
