    About the Role

    This role requires individuals to provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and assist in taking orders for our To-Go program.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist customers over the phone by answering questions about menu items, pricing, promotions, or any other queries they may have regarding their order;
    • Greet all customers promptly when entering a store - respond to comments/complaints relating to food quality/ quantity/control temperature of all product at counter displays available selections on trays/marketing materials along various retail locations effectively communicate value proposition offering suggestions solutions resolve issues independently demonstrates resourcefulness creativity initiative teamwork-oriented relationships foster positive atmosphere ensuring seamless interactions!
