    Duties


    As a PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:

    • Provides program/contract management support to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Program Executive Office (PEO) portfolio of Information Technology acquisition programs. Develops, prepares, reviews, and implements programmatic acquisition and contract strategies and documentation.
    • Analyzes and manages program cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, budgets, acquisitions, and contracts.
    • Responsible for initiating, managing, and facilitating Integrated project teams. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison coordinating with key functional stakeholders involved with mission and enabling activities to further initiatives.
    • Responds to queries from PEO Leadership/supervisor, supported organizations, contractor requirements, and other staff elements on matters pertaining to status of projects, requirements, timelines, and assigned areas of responsibility.
    • Conducts reviews of operational requirements to ascertain and recommend appropriate potential solutions to requirements and identifies options for issues and makes recommendations to resolve problems identified.
    • Prepares, provides, and communicates technical information using logical and consistent written formats and oral presentations that may include written text, diagrams, figures and pictures of varying complexity.
