Job Description
Job DescriptionDescription:Central Baptist Village (CBV) is looking for someone passionate about serving and celebrating seniors to serve as the Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will design and integrate a talent acquisition strategic plan for the organization. Specifically, they will deliver full life-cycle employee recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, this role includes connecting CBV with the surrounding community to promote the brand in order to improve employment and residency. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be customer service oriented and have the ability to remain unbiased and fair. This individual will manage the Applicant Tracking System, manage careers pages and contribute to social media efforts to recruit candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations such as schools, churches, and chamber of commerce to promote CBV for staffing, residency and volunteering opportunities
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, ensure job descriptions are accurate and determine selection criteria for open positions
• Source potential candidates through on-line channels using Web Recruiting software
• Screen and interview candidates for hiring managers
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events and develop long-term recruiting strategies.
• Recruit and screen volunteers as needed for daily activities, recurring opportunities or special events

Salary: $65,000
Requirements:
• Position works 100% on site
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
• Familiarity with social media and professional networks
• Hands on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of applicant tracking software is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in long term care or healthcare is a plus
• Strong organization, planning and customer service skills
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of employees and volunteers
