    Job Summary:
    Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Equipment Bid Coordinator. In this role, you will be closely interacting with customers, account managers, and the Estimating team to ensure timely delivery of project proposals. Also working closely with Leadership team to analyze the Salesforce data contributing to the business decisions made by Leadership team. This role has been designated as Onsite in Rocklin, California Trane's office.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provides a key integrated role with Account Managers and Estimating Team to provide effective use and compliance of the SalesForce tool.
  • Review and identify possible opportunities in different search engines utilized in the business.
  • Download and organize necessary documents. Review documents for critical data.
  • Enters Opportunities in SalesForce as requests for proposals come in.
  • Receives requests from customers and links them to the SalesForce Opportunity.
  • Forwards Opportunity/proposal to list of bidders.
  • Maintains Opportunity/proposal files.
  • Assists in finding, entering, editing and managing critical data on opportunities.
  • Assists Account Managers in follow up details after the Opportunities have bid.
  • Runs reports and create dashboards that tracks and supports business vision.
  • Responsible for general administrative functions to support the Sales process.
  • Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED and up to three (3) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products; ability to learn other computer/software programs quickly.
  • Experience with SalesForce a plus
  • Experience with reading mechanical plan a plus
  • Highly organized and able to maintain calendar of upcoming bid opportunities.
  • Outstanding professional communication - both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, if needed.
  • Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory, minimal travel required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
  • DUI in the previous 5 years
  • Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
  • Base Compensation Range is $72,000 to $91,200
