    Bridgefield Electrical Services is HIRING

    We are a growing Industrial Electrical company located in Southeast Texas looking for TRAVELING JOURNEYMAN I ELECTRICIANS

    Industrial Settings Only - Travel is 80% within Southeast Texas and 20% outside of Texas

    Full-Time position - $32/hour + $120/day Per Diem with excellent benefits offered

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    • Read technical diagrams and blueprints
    • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
    • Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
    • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, equipment, fixtures, and terminating.
    • Work on underground cable.
    • Test electrical components for continuity and proper voltage readings.
    • Setup and maintain temporary power systems.
    • Install and maintain grounding systems for all equipment and structures.
    • Perform preventative and general maintenance on electrical systems
    • Follow National Electrical Code and state regulations
    • Compliance with OSHA and other applicable standards

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid Texas State Journeyman's License - REQUIRED
    • TWIC - Preferred
    • ISTC (or similar safety council) - Preferred
    • Must be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
    • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines.
