Working closely with our Financial Advisors will broaden your knowledge about the financial services industry and the important part that Tax Planning and Insurance plays in a client's overall financial health. Our flexible working hours will allow you to gain valuable hands on experience in the field while obtaining your degree.
    Your work will include, but is not limited to:

    Essential Job Functions:

    Assist in booking appointmentsParticipate in meeting prepAssist advisors with client servicesCoordinate business and meetings with advisors, tax team and estate plannersOpportunities for growth through acquiring FINRA Securities Licenses availableComply with all Industry Rules and RegulationsAll other tasks as assignedEducation / Knowledge & Skills:Pursuing a Bachelor's DegreeInterest in pursuing a career in financial servicesAvailability to work 20-25 hours a weekStrong oral and written communication skillsEffective time management skills and able to work independentlyDetail oriented and strong analytical problem solving skillsAbility to complete industry licensingAbility to use constructive criticism to positively influence workProficient in Microsoft OfficeHantz Group's headquarters is located in Southfield, Michigan.
