    The test simply and clearly shows risk of sepsis using a biomechanical evaluation of white blood cells from a standard blood draw, generating results in less than 10 minutes.

    Director of Healthcare Enterprise Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Cytovale's marketing strategy within the healthcare industry.

    Your leadership will drive brand awareness, enhance market positioning, and contribute to business growth. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, operations, and executive leadership, to achieve our marketing goals. This position will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Commercial Strategy.
    Drive the development and consistent implementation of Cytovale's Enterprise-focused marketing message.
    Create campaigns and materials that inspire confidence in Cytovale's solutions offerings.
    Create a cohesive enterprise marketing plan that aligns with our overall business objectives.
    Define short-term and long-term marketing goals for internal teams.
    Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
    Develop and manage marketing budget.
    Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
    Collaborate with PR and communications teams to manage brand reputation.
    Brainstorm, develop, and execute marketing campaigns.
    Set campaign goals, track progress, and optimize performance.
    Ensure consistency across all channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
    Manage a team of marketing professionals.
    Work closely with sales leaders to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
    Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.

    Partner with medical affairs, marketing, training and sales in the creation of appropriate educational materials and programs related to key publications, policies and other events.

    Manage engagement with customers and the commercial sites Cytovale engages with
    Analyze clinical and sales metrics driving input for market development, programs, salesforce strategy and other marketing/sales activities.
    Develop professional and/or patient related programs or materials.
    Responsible for ensuring personal compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies and procedures.
    Position may include approximately 30% travel.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Policy, Science, Engineering or a related field.
    Minimum of 15 years of senior-level marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    Experience driving enterprise marketing organizations focused on driving change in hospitals.
    Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
    Proficiency with common business software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google suite).
    MBA or Advanced Degree in Business or Related field
