Overview

Sales Execution Tracking (SET) is the SGWS system developed for capturing, tracking, and reporting on execution at the account level.

The SET team is responsible for managing national initiatives, process improvements, and training and supporting SGWS stakeholders on utilizing the SET capability and related reporting.

The SET team also works with the SET application vendor and supporting technical teams on enhancements to the tool, project planning, and ongoing data requirements.

The CPE Senior Data Analyst is a data and business analyst position on the SGWS Commercial Planning & Effectiveness team.

The position will interface with stakeholders across SGWS, to include national teams, regions, and markets.

The CPE Senior Data Analyst will also work closely with technical support teams, including the SET application vendor team, to communicate and test new requirements.

The position reports to the SET Senior Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise on SET process and data flow to include quota creation, task design, data capture, and output. This includes interfaces with other SGWS commercial planning tools
• Serve as team expert on the design and build of SET quotas and tasks
• Collaborate with Commercial Planning & Integration team to manage technical roadmap and identify synergies with other corporate data and analytic tools
• Support Commercial Planning & Integration team in researching, identifying, and resolving data disruptions
• Identify, implement, and execute possible efficiencies and enhancements in SET processes and ways of working with other departments and stakeholders
• Work with fellow SET team members to gather and document requirements and use cases for SET data capture and reporting enhancements
• Enable ad hoc technical and reporting use cases from commercial leaders through mentoring and training
• Promote SET practices that conform with SGWS corporate strategies and best-in-class ways of working
• Support of ongoing and ad hoc SET initiatives

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in data intensive position, preferably in the alcohol industry
• 3+ years of experience in application support and program management
• Demonstrated experience learning and becoming a subject matter expert in a new technology and process
• Demonstrated ability to break business practices down into a logical series of steps, decision making, relevant datasets, etc (i.e. Process Mapping)
• Strategic problem solver who can assess business needs and develop functional solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to balance multiple, concurrent, and conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptionally organized and extremely detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytic and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) tools
• Experience writing queries to join and aggregate tables in relational databases, i.e. Redshift, MySQL
• Experience with using and reporting on objects in Salesforce, CG Cloud
