Job Title: Facilitator, Learning and Development

Job Summary: Join our dynamic Learning and Development team as a Facilitator, where you'll be instrumental in executing our strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning curricula with organizational goals, standardize procedures, and drive professional development programs. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our company's success by enhancing the capabilities of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate professional development programs to support organizational objectives.
• Manage New Hire Orientation and continuously improve the program based on feedback and data analysis.
• Partner with the Learning & Development team to review and organize learning content resources.
• Train team members to effectively deliver training sessions and provide mentorship to facilitators.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Validate and optimize curricula based on feedback and testing to enhance the learning experience.
• Manage attendance and report on meeting and course metrics.
• Assist in system implementation and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in training and development or HR capacity.
• Three years of facilitation experience, both in-person and virtual.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Zoom virtual training platform.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally as needed (10%-15%).
• Certification from talent or training associations and active participation in professional organizations are pluses.
