    My client, an eCommerce retailer, is actively seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Digital Marketing to spearhead their global marketing initiatives by unifying brand strategies across the organization and driving consumer engagement.


    Responsibilities:
    Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global marketing strategy to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence across all brands

    Inspire and motivate members of the marketing team, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and individual growth.

    Establish and uphold precise brand definitions, ensuring alignment and adherence to brand standards throughout all marketing initiatives and communications.

    Drive consumer engagement through the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and events, aimed at enhancing brand awareness and optimizing sales performance.

    Direct efforts to maintain brand identity and consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive brand experience for consumers.
    Collaborate closely with key regional stakeholders to develop and execute brand-building initiatives that showcase brands on a global scale.
    Conduct research and experimentation to identify and implement innovative approaches for elevating global brand perception and awareness.
    Work collaboratively with departmental leaders to formulate marketing strategies geared towards expanding into new markets and product categories.

    Utilize customer and market data, gathered in collaboration with the sales team, to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.

    Identify and leverage the most effective offline marketing channels to reach target audiences and drive brand engagement.
    Utilize market and competitive data to segment target markets effectively, informing strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
    Craft engaging narratives that effectively showcase products and offerings across various regions, resonating with diverse audiences.
    Manage global brand guidelines and budgets effectively


    Qualifications:
    10+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing, E-commerce, and technology supporting CPG brands and retailers.
    Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including detailed knowledge of a modern architectural framework.

    Ability to develop and execute a long-term e-commerce strategy aligned with overall company goals, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies in the e-commerce space.

    Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and utilizing data-driven decision-making for customer analytics and LTV optimization.
    Experience overseeing the design, functionality, and user experience of Direct-to-Consumer sites to enhance conversion rates and improve customer journeys.
    Minimum of five years of experience in a managerial/leadership role with direct reports or experience building out teams.
