    Duties:

    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
    • Coordinate and supervise a team of carpenters and other construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members, ensuring work is performed according to industry standards and safety regulations.
    • Oversee quality control measures to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications.
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to plan and execute construction projects effectively.
    • Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for carpentry projects.
    • Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage.
    Requirements


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
    • Indepth knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of carpenters.
    • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Solid understanding of quality control principles in carpentry work.
    • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    Certifications Desired:
    OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 even better)
