    We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and business professionals.

    The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the Global Digital Marketing Team as an energetic and creative thinker to help shape and execute digital strategy. The role will liaise with colleagues around the world to maintain the Eversheds Sutherland international profile and convert that into profitable new business opportunities and long-lasting relationships.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Maintain global website, including updating and editing website content within a CMS (Sitecore preferred) and implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to increase user engagement and experience.
    • Asset Management: Ability to maintain and utilize tools such as a digital asset management platform (DAM) to organize, store, and share collateral.
    • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects and requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with priorities.
    • Solution Analyst: Help define technical requirements and user stories based on a deep understanding of business goals and processes. Recommend and implement MarTech solutions to expand capabilities and translate brand strategies into actionable plans.
    • Previous digital marketing experience, ideally gained within a business-to-business environment.
    • Data Analyst: Monitor overall web performance/tracking using Siteimprove & PiwikPro and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, and acquisition by channel (including preparing on-demand reporting and quarterly web performance report.)

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited college or university is preferred or equivalent combination of an Associate's degree and experience in marketing.
    • Two to four years of experience in digital marketing. Law firm experience not required; however, professional services experience is preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
    • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (primarily Photoshop).
    • Experience using a content management system (CMS) to edit and deliver Firm content (Sitecore preferred).
    • General understanding of SEO best practices and application.
    • Good written and communication skills.
    • Experience with social media tools and SEM/SMM platforms a plus.
    • Experience in using analytical platforms to measure digital performance, provide usable insights to improve content, process, engagement efforts, etc.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to synthesize meetings and interactions into specific next steps and to generate ideas and explain their merits with clarity and logic
    • Organized and efficient with a 'right first-time' approach to quality of work, able to manage high volumes with minimum errors.
    • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Outlook is required.

    This is a hybrid role and will require on-site presence 3 days per week. Salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location. The range for this position is $51,700 - $69,000.
