Job summary
This is a support services associate position at Holy Name medical center. The job involves performing various environmental services and hotel hospitality duties, including housekeeping, floor care, and waste management. The associate will interact with coworkers, patients, and visitors with compassion and courtesy and complete tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.Responsibilities
* Interact with coworkers, patients and visitors* Complete tasks as per the position schedule or as assigned by supervisor/manager* Clean assigned area by sanitizing furniture surfaces- Clean floors dust mops carpets arranges furniture equipment in an orderly fashion after cleaning the area
- Safely operate electrical cleaning equipment like vacuums auto-scrubbers burnishers buffing machines carpet extractors
- Perform cleaning using proper cleaning solutions techniques prescribed departmental procedures for both patient family rooms
