- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is passionate about achieving their own goals and engaging their team to do the same.

This is a salaried position with benefits and a quarterly 10% profit share bonus.
