Job Description

AllSeason Solar & Roofing is seeking applicants for HandyMan / Repair Service Technician for our Solar and Roofing projects. This position will be repairing or installing all types of general residential home repair such as repair siding, patching, painting, minor electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Roofing, siding, gutters or drywall. General residential house repair or installation.
• Minor electrical, painting, caulking, patching etc,
• General Carpentry
• Maintain regular contact with the service coordinator and our superintendent specifically before and after each scheduled job requirement.
• Fill out work orders or reports in our requirement document.
• Following all safety rules and completing repairs properly.
• Resolve any repair issues or conflicts that may arise on site.

Qualifications

• Residential repair and maintenance experience required.
• Able to work both inside and outside in all types of weather.
• General Residential construction or roofing, siding experience plus.
• Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftops
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to use a computer / tablet for data entry.
