    Job Description
    We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) who thrive on delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively within a strong team environment, and building lasting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. As an RN at Riverview HealthCARE Center, you will provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will also supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations. In addition, you will confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

    Required Skills and Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, you must possess an Active RN license in the state of residence, Current/active CPR Certification, customer service orientation, ability to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects simultaneously with high quality and productivity. You must also have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
