Nuestra empresa de energ�a solar residencial de alta calificaci�n est� buscando un Consultor Solar a Domicilio para unirse a nuestro equipo en crecimiento. Como Consultor Solar a Domicilio, ser�s responsable de asistir a citas programadas previamente con los propietarios y educarles sobre los beneficios de la energ�a solar. El candidato ideal para este puesto tendr� una actitud entrenable y ense�able, una determinaci�n por tener �xito, y una pasi�n por la energ�a renovable. El Consultor Solar a Domicilio debe estar dispuesto a trabajar noches y fines de semana para adaptarse al horario del propietario.
Responsabilidades:
- Asistir a citas programadas previamente con los propietarios y educarles sobre los beneficios de la energ�a solar.
- Responder a cualquier pregunta y preocupaci�n que los propietarios puedan tener sobre la energ�a solar.
- Gu�ar a los propietarios a trav�s del proceso de venta, construyendo confianza y cerrando la venta.
- Construir y mantener una red de clientes a trav�s de referencias y networking.
- Asistir a reuniones y capacitaciones regulares para mantenerse al d�a sobre las tendencias de la industria y las t�cnicas de venta.
Habilidades y experiencia requeridas:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci�n e interpersonales.
- Debe hablar ingl�s con fluidez.
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones y generar confianza con los posibles clientes.
- Excelentes habilidades de gesti�n de proyectos.
- Debe ser entrenable y ense�able.
- Debe tener una determinaci�n por tener �xito.
- Dispuesto a trabajar noches y fines de semana.
- Experiencia en ventas es altamente preferida, pero no requerida.
