The Outpatient RN Supervisor, works closely with the charge nurses and the clinic manager to oversee daily operations and patient care.
They work alongside the physician, other RNs, and medical staff, keeping them informed of any changing circumstances. They are also responsible for assisting the manager to role out process improvements and strategies.
