Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management
Washington, DC days onsite/week)
Perm Position

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with solid understanding of Scrum and Project Management concepts for a GenAI project based in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and processes.
Work closely with the GenAI team, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Provide guidance and coaching on Agile principles and practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and goals.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Previous experience in GenAI or AI/ML-based programs.
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, 3-4 days a week.
