Support the maintenance management team in shaping the future strategy of the maintenance Team at MBV Charleston.

Drive digitalization, Condition Monitoring, industry 4.0 and enable the transformation from preventive to predictive maintenance actions with standardized Integra solutionsResponsibilities:
Planning and implementation of new projects/ ramp up`s organization with regards to the Integra Standard and general technological development Independent execution of projects to implement the strategies (preventive measures, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, digitalization)Development of cloud based applications for data analysis and customer applications.
Collaboration on complex and intelligent solutions for new applications in the digital application. Coordination and management of external development partners.Organization of laboratory experiments and test setups with later integration into series productionResponsible for coordinating activities (PM's, TPM, problem solving) of third party contractors, vendors, or suppliers related to the maintenance field.
