- Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu
- Experience managing large Commercial, Institutional or Federal projects preferred
- Project Planning and schedule updates, and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying variances and working with the team to address them. Prepare and update the cost forecasts
- Identify potential risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation plans
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders as well as document and maintain records of project activities
- Ensure timely and clear communication regarding project status, risks, and changes.
- Help develop and implement processes and tools to manage project costs, schedules, and risks

Description
We have partnered with a nationwide family-owned, full-service design and construction company. They are leading the way in start-to-finish commercial construction projects in over 40 states. They recently opened a second headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, and are looking for talented individuals in the trades to join their rapidly growing team.
We are actively seeking a Project Control Specialist to work on the project planning and scheduling to help keep MEP projects on time. This individual will have experience in project management and is a team player. They will be overseeing multiple projects at a time. This individual can reside in Phoenix, AZ or Salem, OR.
