- Maintain appropriate standards of physical maintenance and facilities
- Develop and Maintain Property Documentation and Files
- Supervise contractors for all maintenance contracts and custodial work on all building components and equipment; Manage maintenance contracts for all plants and equipment while overseeing and reviewing their work.

- High school diploma
- Strong ability to multi-task and work with deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in commercial building systems
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in CAD, desired
- Local travel throughout the work day

This position is within the Property Management division of IRG Realty Advisors and will serve Ohio properties in the North Canton area and surrounding communities. The Site Manager will assist the Operations Manager and/or Property Manager in the overall operation and maintenance of the property or properties. General responsibilities will pertain to plans, organization, direction, and control of the operational activities of the property to meet the tenant and client needs.
