    Employment Specialist

    Living Innovations is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as an Employment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting adults with disabilities in finding meaningful employment opportunities based on their skills and aptitudes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support individuals with disabilities in their job search, interview preparation, and placement in employment positions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to promote the employment of individuals with disabilities.
    • Collaborate with other staff members to provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Employment Specialist Certification from an approved training program required.
    • At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance required.
    • DSP certification required.

    Salary:

    $45,000 - $55,000 per year
