    • PRN/Per Diem/As Needed
    Pay:
    • $33 per hour

    Responsibilities:
    • We seek dedicated employees who embody the Select Medical Way, which involves prioritizing patients, enhancing the community's quality of life, embracing innovation, providing top-tier care, and acting with integrity.
    • You will directly and indirectly support the provision of Physical Therapy services, including transport, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities as per the treatment plan and state guidelines.
    • Implement treatment goals, plans, and programs set by the Physical Therapist (PT).
    • Assist the PT in executing various therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve long-term goals.
    • Train patients in mobility using orthotics, prosthetics, or assistive devices.
    • Demonstrate proper safety protocols, gait techniques, and equipment use.
    Qualifications:
    • Demonstrate empathy and understanding of patient needs, ensuring each patient feels valued and heard.
    • Show a passion for delivering exceptional care and possess strong problem-solving skills for a dynamic environment.
    Minimum requirements:
    • Active state PTA license.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the start date.
