We are currently seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of
Mobile Executive Director
. This position as Mobile Executive Director includes responsibilities in Northern West Virginia and Pennsylvania, involving travel to different facilities as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must be ready to travel extensively when required (locally and overnight)
Hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in West Virginia
Minimum of five years of progressively increasing managerial roles.
Strong leadership and operational competencies.
Solid proficiency in financial management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Division Vice President, function as the Administrator for the assigned facility.
Ensure adherence to company operational standards.
Oversee all Executive Director responsibilities and confirm the implementation of policies and procedures.
Offer necessary follow-up support.
