Scope of Responsibility:
To ensure that each resident receives quality care.

To supervise nursing department personnel on assigned shifts and to assist with the delivery of excellent, loving care to all our residents.

To monitor nursing department personnel in the performance of their duties.

To observe and assess individual resident needs in all areas, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and social and to assist in developing care plans to meet those needs.

To assist in the initial and ongoing training of nursing aid staff.

To work as a team to meet the needs of our residents and their family members in excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
RN with a current Indiana license in good standing. Passion for caring for the elderly.

Experience in Long-Term Care is a plus

Physical Demands:
stand/walk/communicate, hear, see, and use of fingers/hands constantly; sit, lift, carry objects, and pushing/pulling occasionally.
