A Michigan based company with a facility in the Shelby Township, Michigan area is currently seeking several CNC Lathe Programmer / Engineering Techs for long-term opportunities with their growing team These are exciting opportunities for CNC Programmers looking for a company that offers excellent stability, compensation, career growth, development, and benefits

CNC Lathe Programmer / Engineering Tech pay rates are anticipated to be $27-$34 an hour based on each candidate's experience and education.

Qualified CNC Engineering Technicians will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experiences:5+ Years of CNC Lathe Machining experience.

3+ Years of CNC Lathe Programming experience using CAD software.
CNC Lathe setup experience with a solid understanding of G&M codes to edit programs at the machine.
Experience conducting tool wear and cycle time studies with the ability to improve overall machining efficiency.
Manual machining experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
