Position Overview:
Role:
Part-Time Pediatrician
Schedule:
Flexible 2-3 days per week, promoting excellent work-life balance.
Practice Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Setting:
Outpatient Only; no newborn rounding or inpatient responsibility.
Ideal Candidate:
A compassionate physician focused on building trusting patient relationships. New resident graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care, including routine well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and manage chronic pediatric conditions.
Order appropriate tests and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
Successful completion of a pediatric residency program.
Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within two years of residency completion).
Must hold or be eligible for an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of MarylandWe Provide:

The salary range for this role is $120,00-$150,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or available benefits(medical, dental, vision, life 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs).The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and benefits vary by practice.
