    Your Role:
    We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic call center team.

    As the first point of contact for a diverse range of customers, including prospects, applicants, residents, vendors, and agents, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service.

    Your ability to actively listen, empathize, and resolve inquiries will contribute to the overall positive experience our customers have with our company.

    What will you be doing?


    Responsibilities:


    Serve as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating a strong commitment to offering comprehensive support across various interactions.

    Display active listening skills and genuine empathy while addressing customer needs, ensuring their concerns are fully resolved.
    Quickly identify problems and provide solutions, ensuring that the customer feels supported and valued.

    Cultivate an in-depth understanding of customers' requirements and proactively offer supplementary information to cater to both current and potential future needs.

    Strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics while considering the company's bottom-line objectives.
    Uphold a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
    Proactively maintain an in-depth knowledge of all policies and services to accurately answer questions.
    Skillfully navigate software, databases, scripts, and tools to facilitate efficient and accurate customer interactions.
    Escalate necessary issues or inquiries to the proper channels, enabling timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

    Attain key performance metrics, including talk time, after-call work, customer satisfaction, and call quality, to contribute to the overall success of the team.

    Fulfill any duties and responsibilities as delegated by management, displaying flexibility and commitment to the team's goals.


    What we look for:

    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
    Prior experience in customer support or a call center environment
    Minimum 2 years of customer service experience is required.
    Knowledge in residential leasing and/or property management experience is preferred.
    Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
    Problem-solver who is energized by dealing with a variety of challenges in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
    Able to adapt effectively to a constantly changing environment.
    Superior conflict resolution and customer service skills.
    Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
    Proven customer service skills both internal and external.
    Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
