- Provide ongoing and ad hoc data analysis to senior leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback mechanisms and assessments.
- Assist in the coordination of learning sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences through Workday Learning.
- Support the implementation of learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage Learning and Talent Management team communications. This includes developing and maintaining the team monthly communication plan, sourcing, drafting, preparing, and obtaining approval for communications.
- Contribute to the creation of learning resources, job aids, and guides to support colleague development.
- Assist colleagues with questions regarding learning programs and Workday Learning.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to drive continuous improvement and enhance the learning experience for our colleagues.
- Provide support, as needed, across the Learning and Talent Management disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
