We are looking for a Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join a renowned legal firm serving Massachusetts residents for over 30 years in estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning.

Responsibilities :

• Handle a diverse range of trust and estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, and guardianship proceedings.
• Represent clients in Massachusetts probate and superior courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Work collaboratively with our experienced team to develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to our client's unique needs.
• Provide exceptional client service and uphold our firm's reputation for excellence in every case.

Qualification :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing trust and estate litigation, preferably at a reputable law firm.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple cases concurrently.
